 With Debian GNU/Linux etch, default kernel: If you use a sata hard disk, you have to put, in the bios, the mode "ide" in the sata config, otherwise the debian installer will not recognize you hard disk. Also, the onboard lan is not detected If you recompile your own kernel everything is ok
