 Came installed with Windows Vista Home Premium which ran abysmally slow. Display 15.4" WXGA High-Definition Brightview Widescreen (1280 X 800) Display Screen glare is unacceptable. The only case I can see this screen being used effectively is in a dark room watching a DVD as you fall asleep. Keyboard layout is unacceptable. The space key is very tiny and located in a position that was awfully close to the mouse pad. So, every time I hit the space bar I moved the cursor. Not fun. Machine would not install Slackware 12. It stopped during boot up. Didn't get so far as the installation setup. Installed Slackware 11. Returned product from Staples because it was just so bad and poorly made.

 If you need external storage this is a fine drive. Purchased in November 2006. One year warranty.
