excellent mb, but it's fully supported form kernel 2.6.19 and higher!!!
with ubuntu edgy live cd (kernel 2.6.17), don't work nothing, no lan connection, no audio, and standard vesa video driver!!!
from kernel 2.6.18 vanilla, there's support for lan chipset.
from kernel 2.6.19 vanilla, there's support for audio chipset.
the standard video driver from http://www.nvidia.com/object/linux_display_amd64_1.0-9631.html
don't support the pci id 03d0 (geforce 6100 nforce 430) and quit the installation, but
the video driver succefull works on ubuntu 6.10 amd 64 trough "envy"

when run the script, it don't recognize the pciid, but force it to continue, and all works ok!!
