 I join in on the "yay it is working" first time I install this drive and not having any issues at all modprobe ppa sure did it

 I have used this printer for some time now without having any issues what so ever. Using CUPS and connected via USB, this printer worked out of the box. linuxprinting.org listed it as supported with Linux which where the reason why I bought it in the first place. Worked fine with MDK 9.1 and 9.2 out of the box as well. Since I live in the part o fthe world where A4 for paper size is standard, only thing I've noticed is that media size settings are not always kept. Great printer HP!!
