Quick way to free up Photo Memory space

You are on a much needed holiday. Cooling yourself on some nice hillstation. Clicking digital photographs. Suddenly; you realize that your memord card is full. Still; few more days are left for your holiday to complete.
In such a scenario; there are foll. solutions.
1. Buy a new memord card( Yep! its hard to find a good one in such places.)
2. Delete the unwanted ones.
3. Stop clicking photographs from your camera. :P

4.Change Image size(3.1M,2.0M,1.2M,VGA)...

Inode and its corresponding filename

We refer to a file by its name. Computer refer to the file by its inode numbers. For every filesystem; there is an inode table. This table consists of Inode numbers & its correspondingmetadata. On the contrary; the mapping of filenames to inode numbers is stored in the directory containing the file.
To display the inode number of a file; say hindu one must issue the command

ls -i hindu
To display the total number of inode numbers in the filesystem ; you must issue the command...

Bing- A Microsoft Decision Engine - My 'Try It'

Today is 1st June 2009. I have fired up the ‘Internet Explorer 8’ – a Microsoft web browser offering. I type just ‘slackware.org’ in the address bar. The circular motion on the tab started. More it takes time to load the page; more I dread. I dread the live.com search engine web page. Even; if you type the complete web page link given by live.com, say for example slackware.org; its still going to return live.com web page L.
